The Aquarius Fitness & Well-being Centre Membership has a stress-free direct debit payment option for 12-month memberships only. All other memberships (1, 3 and 6 months) must be paid in full.

This class is ideal for those wanting to shed a few kilos or to improve your strength, and will definitely leave you sweating. Great for any fitness level, as a circuit style of class you can push yourself as hard as you need, all you need to do is just keep moving!

Boxing

Boxing classes focus on the skill of boxing and defending. Suitable for participants who would like to improve their boxing skills.

Circuit Training

Circuit training is a mix of cardio, body weight and resistance exercises taking place down in the botanical gardens.

Weights Class

Weights incorporate guided resistance training designed to tone and strengthen the muscles. Exercises are done in a circuit style so anyone of any fitness level or injury concern can join in.

HITT

HIIT classes offer a variety of styles including interval and circuit style workouts. They are always changing so you are not doing the same thing and your body is always kept guessing what’s next.

ZUU is liberating human movement, using bodyweight movements that develop mobility, agility, flexibility and boosts cardio endurance.

At Aquarius Health and Medispa our Physiotherapist assesses, diagnoses, treats, and works to prevent disease and disability through physical means.
City Physio (http://linda@brisbanecity.physio) owned by Linda Lewis (MPhty) Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. City Physio, moved from Edward Street to Aquarius Health and Medispa in August 2013.

Linda offers treatment for musculoskeletal conditions including work related, Compulsory Third Party and sports injuries. Linda has worked as a physio in the city for the past 25 years and as such has a comprehensive knowledge of city workers and the various musculoskeletal issues that they present with.

To achieve optimal well-being for the patient she undertakes comprehensive assessments and uses evidence based interventions, individually tailored exercise programs and education. Self-management is another key focus – enabling patients to better understand their bodies and how to most effectively take care of them.
