Our fitness centre, conveniently located in Brisbane’s CBD, caters for all activity levels and boasts a full range of equipment designed to meet every individual’s needs .
Whether it’s free weights or weight lifting systems you are after, treadmills, bikes, elliptical trainers or a rower, we have it all. We also play host to Brisbane’s only ‘Jacob’s Ladder’ for uphill climbing exercise.

With so much to offer, you won’t be waiting unnecessarily during your workout.

When you sign up to become a member of our Aquarius Fitness and Wellbeing Centre you will receive one 45 minute personal training session absolutely free. Our experts in fitness will listen to your fitness goals, advise you on a programme to best suit your time and needs and show you how to get the most out of our equipment. Speak to a member of our Aquarius team or to one of our trainers directly, if you wish to continue with one on one personal training sessions. These are changed separately to your monthly fee.

Our lunchtime fitness classes (weekdays between 12.15 – 1.00) are included in your membership fee and are a great way to meet new people and stay motivated.
