Complete Body Training 

This class is ideal for those wanting to shed a few kilos or to improve your strength, and will definitely leave you sweating. Great for any fitness level, as a circuit style of class you can push yourself as hard as you need, all you need to do is just keep moving!

Boxing Training 

Boxing is unique as it allows you to acquire excellence in speed, power, strength, endurance, balance and is a great stress release whilst burning calories, making it ideal for complete body fitness. The classes are designed to suit all ages and fitness levels.

Gym Circuit Training

A great aerobic workout for those time poor but LOVE the idea of combining class and gym workouts.

Water Training

Water adds resistance making it an all body workout that engages most muscles in the body, burns fat and develops strength and endurance. Its cooling properties also allow the body to perform harder for longer. Great for all fitness levels and is suitable for people with bone and joint conditions, pregnant women or anyone recovering from injury.

Yoga

Using a blend of yoga techniques and styles, to help build strength, flexibility and balance. Great for all levels of fitness.
