Frequently asked questions at Aquarius Day Spa:

Casual Full Day Entry is $30 and includes use of our 22m indoor pool, fully equipped gym, steam room, Asian style bathhouses which include hot and cold plunge pools and saunas, changing room facilities etc. You may like to purchase a ‘Casual Entry 10 Visit Pass’ which is priced at $255.

We recommend car parking at the Four Points by Sheraton located at 99 Mary Street which offers reduced valet parking rates of $20 for part or full day for guests of Aquarius Health & Medispa. Less than a two minute walk to our premises at 70D Mary St, right next door to the Mantra on Mary Hotel it makes it a convenient and cost effective way to park in the CBD. Ask our Receptionist to validate your parking after your appointment. Parking is subject to terms and conditions of Four Points by Sheraton and ticket must be validated by Aquarius Health & Medispa to receive special rate.

Our Day Spa is on the 2nd floor, 70D Mary Street. The nearest corner is Albert Street. We are within walking distance of Queen St Mall and Myer Centre, Brisbane, QLD.

Our trading hours are: Monday-Friday 6.30am – 9pm; Saturday 9am-6pmSunday 10am-6pm. Closed on Public Holidays.

Yes, if you have a spa treatment of 45 minutes or more you can use our other facilities such as our temperature-controlled 22m indoor pool; fully equipped gym; steam room; men and women’s Asian style bathhouses which include hot and cold plunge pools and saunas; changing room facilities and more.

We suggest that if you would like to do this that you make time before your scheduled appointment, as most spa treatments have after care which includes the application of products, so you wouldn’t want to wash or soak away the benefits of your treatment by taking a dip in the pool or a soak in the hot and cold plunge pools after your treatment.

Yes, we supply a large towel and a face towel as well as a bathrobe and slippers for guests having spa treatments. We also provide a large towel and a face towel for our casual day entry guests using the bathhouse, pool and gym facilities.

Yes, all gift certificates are valid for 12 months from issue and have a minimum value of $50. They are processed during business hours only. All treatments purchased as a gift certificate include use of the bathhouse facilities complimentary.

Yes, the bathhouse areas are separate which includes changing facilities and lockers; dry Finnish saunas; hot and cold plunge pools (clothing is optional in bathhouse). The 22m indoor heated pool and Turkish style steam room are unisex areas (clothing must be worn).

Yes, we offer different massage options using the Rachel White Archangel Aromatherapy products, which is a hand-crafted range that hones in on the spiritual energetic nature, behind the ancient healing wisdom of aromatherapy.

Yes, we do waxing and laser hair removal, which is relatively pain free and uses no messy gels.

Yes, we have a circuit training class that runs every lunchtime from 12.15 – 1.00. Casual fitness class entry is $15 per class – excludes use of bathhouse facility.

Your treatment appointment is reserved specifically for you. We therefore ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellation and ‘no show’ appointments cost us precious time and money.
