At the Gym, we are taking certain precautions to ensure your safety.
We have just fitted a wash hand basin in the gym to make cleaning your hands easier!
There has now been a ‘cleaning station’ set up in the gym with spray bottles filled with disinfectant and accompanying wipes.
We will spray all equipment and surfaces first thing in the morning, before and after we touch a piece of equipment during our one-on-one PT sessions and will be asking each member during our classes to do the same

If you choose not to hire a locker, we do not take responsibility for the loss of any valuables during your visit (We do not allow phones into the bathhouse and advise against bringing valuables)
Racks will be provided for patrons not hiring lockers to put their bags
As always, towels are not provided, please bring your own

Suitable for beginner or advanced, everyone can benefit from low impact aqua classes designed to increase movement, flexibility & encourage greater joint movement. Aqua is the number one method of rehabilitation recommended by occupational therapists.
Circuit training is a mix of cardio, body weight and resistance exercises taking place down in the botanical gardens.
Flexibility training includes stretching exercises to lengthen the muscles and may include activities like yoga or Tai Chi. Improving your flexibility can help you move more comfortably throughout the day.
Need some work on your Gluteus Maximus? A strong backside can also help relieve low back pain and make everyday movements — like standing and climbing stairs — that much easier.
Weights incorporate guided resistance training designed to tone and strengthen the muscles. Exercises are done in a circuit style so anyone of any fitness level or injury concern can join in.
HIIT classes offer a variety of styles including interval and circuit style workouts. They are always changing so you are not doing the same thing and your body is always kept guessing what’s next.
