The Aquarius Spa Circuit
Follow this curated wellness ritual to maximise your experience. Each step enhances circulation, supports detoxification, and restores balance.
- Start with movement: Gym or swim to raise heart rate and boost circulation.
- Warm shower: Cleanse your skin to prep for spa therapies.
- Magnesium spa (38°C): Soothes muscles, relieves tension and enhances relaxation.
- Cold plunge: Stimulates alertness and reduces inflammation.
- Repeat 2–3x: Hot/cold contrast boosts detox and immunity.
- Dry sauna (15 mins): Promotes circulation and toxin release.
- Shower: Refresh and rinse off sweat.
- Steam room (10–15 mins): Opens pores, improves skin hydration.
- Cool shower + lounge: Rebalance your body and unwind.
Bathhouse Etiquette
- Shower before using pools or heat rooms
- Swimwear must be worn at all times — no nudity
- Keep noise to a minimum; phones on silent
- Respect everyone’s privacy; no unauthorised photos
- Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour is not tolerated
- Food delivery welcome; drinks (except water) must be purchased onsite
Book Your Escape
No appointments are necessary. Day passes can be purchased in person at reception, and you’re welcome to stay as long as you like during opening hours. We’re open Monday to Saturday and ready to welcome you.
